I am currently volunteering at a horse rescue so my days are flexible. I love to walk and enjoy the outdoors and I find dogs are the perfect companions. I also find cuddling quite fulfilling as well. I tend to spend the weekends with my family, so my availability might be limited, although not out of the question.

I have a fenced-in yard, but can only have hypoallergenic dogs in my home. I am comfortable hanging out in the home caring for old, young, healthy, disabled dogs. I’ve given medication many times and love playing with your babies.

A typical day
I love to play frisbee, go on walks, explore new areas on walks or in the yard. I’ve often hidden treats so your dog can be stimulated mentally and have fun. If at my house, I’d love to take your dog to the beach.

Pet care experience
I’ve been the crazy dog lady, horse freak, Honu Guardian(sea turtles), and cat wrangler at various points in my life. My boys are in high school now and don’t need me as much so I’m looking for animals to spend my day with. I’ve pet sitted on-and-off for 24 years. Including dogs staying at my home, me staying at theirs, walking, feeding, bathing, even taking them to the vet for the owners. I’ve worked with dog trainers in the past as well as taken classes on animal behavior at a SPCA.
