I am home majority of time except for the occasional errands etc. If I am not home I have 2 older daughters who help me keep the dogs company.

All vaccinations MUST BE up to date 7-10 days prior to boarding. There are no exceptions. I have plenty experience giving medications to dogs. I am able to give oral medications for an additional fee. Please provide detailed instructions if medications are needed. There is an added charge for 2 or more medications given a day.

I live a few blocks from the beach. We walk dogs multiple times a day down to the park & beach. If you don't mind your dog playing in the water I can do that as well, of course leashes will remain on at all times.

I am based in Oyster Bay and am a retired teacher with six years of experience running my dog care business. I have had animals my entire life, ranging from a 3-pound teacup Chihuahua to a Great Dane, as well as cats, horses, and goats. This past summer, I rescued my sweet girl, Aruba...yes, we found her in Aruba :) She is wonderful with all of the dogs who stay with us. I am comfortable caring for dogs of all sizes and carefully maintain each pet’s established routine, including precise feeding schedules, medication administration, and appropriate daily exercise. When your dog stays with me, they immediately become part of our family. They are welcome throughout the home and may even sleep with us. During warmer months, I take the dogs to the beach for long, beautiful walks. I am available seven days a week and am always home. My two adult daughters, ages 24 and 22, also assist, ensuring your dog is never left alone. Services offered include daily walks, drop-in visits, feeding, and overnight care in your home when available. After all, doesn’t your dog deserve a vacation too?
