Pet care experience
I love the poochies!
I've personally had several dogs as a teenager and as an adult. Friends asked me to sit their dogs because of my natural rapport skills.

I have trusted Linda to take care of my dog multiple times and will continue to do so in the future. She has a perfect home for dogs - it's quiet and has a lovely yard for their exercise. She plays with my dog and also safely administers her medications daily. Her calm presence is perfect for my dog who can be shy and fearful. She loved Linda from the start! It's like my pup is on a mini vacation when she stays there!
Linda is a kind, responsible, and trustworthy caregiver! She is responsive and easy to communicate with, which gives me peace of mind when away. Our pup, Ruby, loves staying with Linda and has zero hesitation when getting dropped off. Ruby is always delighted to go! I’m grateful that Ruby has a safe and happy home away from home, all thanks to Linda!
My 50 lb., muscular, sweetheart of a dog has what trainers call "high reactivity." I rescued her after she was abandoned with her 2 puppies and it took a lot of patience and training to keep her from barking and growling at everyone and everything that moved. Now, she is a bundle of pure joy BUT only with the people and dogs she trusts - admittedly - a tiny number. My dog also sheds, A LOT. People say she is Too Much (the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, I guess), so I rarely travel without my sweet high-maintenance girl. However, a family medical emergency necessitated a month long trip where I had to leave my best dog behind. THANK GOD FOR LINDA. Like any helicopter dog mom, I gave Linda all the extra instructions and she nodded and told me not to worry. Remarkably, I never had to worry once! Linda sent me pics and updates and videos of my highly reactive dog walking peacefully on her leash in an unfamiliar neighborhood - OMG!! Now, I feel free to travel knowing I have someone both my dog and I trust. I don't know how Linda does it, but she creates a safe space where reactive canines (and their equally reactive humans) get to be their best selves. The world needs more Lindas.
Linda Masters is very experienced—and wonderful—with dogs. I have known her for more than 20 years. When she used to live in my neighborhood, we became friends and walked our Labs together, and she has since kept my dogs in her home. She knows dogs and is very responsible and loving with dogs, and anyone who uses her service will be very happy…and so will the dogs!
Linda is a deeply kind, nurturing, and responsible person who will truly treat your dog like one of her own. She has cared for my sweet but very yappy dog, Simba, many times over the years, and I have always felt completely at ease leaving him with her. I initially trusted Linda because I had seen firsthand how lovingly and attentively she cared for her own dogs throughout their lives. So when I had the opportunity to have her care for Simba, I jumped at it. He has always felt completely comfortable in her home. Linda has a calm, welcoming energy and a wonderful understanding of dog behavior, and Simba quickly settles in and feels like part of the family. She is also incredibly responsible and dependable. When Simba has needed medication during his stays, Linda has administered it carefully and reliably. I never find myself worrying about him when he is with her, which is probably the highest compliment I can give a pet sitter—it truly feels like I’m leaving him with family. I’ve known Linda for more than 20 years, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. She is an exceptional pet sitter and an exceptional human, and any dog would be very lucky to be in her care.
Linda is the best! She cares so well for our golden doodle and I can tell that Linda's is where our dog most prefers to stay. Linda is very kind, a great communicator, and I feel lucky to have her as a choice for our dog!

Schedule
I'm retired and mostly at home. This gives me time to spend and care for my furry friends, including frequent potty breaks and daily walks.

Home characteristics
Safety, trust & environment
I have a newly fenced yard and a single story home. My neighborhood has lots of sidewalks and a nearby park. I greet dogs with love.
A typical day
I walk and or exercise any dog staying with me by playing games of fetch either in the back yard or in my home on rainy days. I'm open to activities the dogs enjoy including giving them plenty of time to chew bones. And don't forget a nice nap in the afternoon. Dogs are welcome to relax on my couch.
