Linda was great! We had to book last minute to another cancellation (not by us) so we scrambled last second and she accepted the booking even with the new year and we were grateful!! She sent photos daily even though the cruise made the communication difficult. Loki came home happy. We were very pleased.

First time I leave my pet for entire week. Linda taken care really well. They also send photos and videos every day. It’s really fortunate to find someone who really care well close to my home.

I had a back-to-back booking with only 2 days break in-between the bookings. Towards the end of the first booking (while I was on an international trip), Linda canceled my upcoming booking. This caused our family a lot of stress & concerns to find another sitter at such a short notice. Without any provocation on our part, Linda stopped sending photos of our pet after the above cancellation. In addition, we were told that we could not pick up our dog a couple hours before the scheduled pickup time. The reason was that Linda was away from home till 10pm on that day & was told to pick up my dog the next day. After the pickup, we found over 50 sandburs stuck to my dog’s fur which we had to cut off.

Safety, trust & environment

We do not allow pets in our care outside the boundaries of our home. They are only allowed inside the house and in our backyard. We have a very spacious home, so your furbaby will have plenty of room to feel comfortable and make themselves at home. The common areas have wood-look tile flooring and are vacuumed daily. We also have a large backyard that is regularly maintained, with plenty of space for your furbaby to run around and play.

A typical day

They can be cage-free for the entire duration of their stay. While we're away or at night, they can be cage-free, in a playpen, or in a kennel. For the most part, we don't have any restrictions, but we'll follow your instructions to maintain consistency with their routine.
