Retiring this year after being employed as an RN for 43yrs makes your fur baby my sole priority. I boarded dogs for 10+ years before moving to Ann Arbor in 7/25 so I could be more involved in my grandson's life. Your pet gets lots of T.L.C. in hopes that my home feels safe and comfortable like your home. I am a home-body. I don't like leaving the dogs alone so rarely do. I like to take the dogs on field trips, to nearby forest preserves or parks so they can enjoy new smells. I live alone on 1.2 acres so I have plenty of space for fetch, tag and wading pools.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced yard which is secure. Walks on leashes are common for a change of scenery and sniffs. Dogs are allowed on all furniture. My king size bed has plenty of space for any fur baby who would like to sleep with me. I only board one dog at a time (unless they are from the same family). Iroutinely send texts with photos so you can see how your dog is enjoying his or her vacation.

Information Linda E. would like to know about your pet
It is helpful to know if your pet prefers to sleep in a crate. I have a large crate I can set up before hand if this is the case. I would like to know what vet you prefer in case of emergency.
A typical day
I have baskets of dog toys for your dog to check out. My lab, Roger, is happy to share all toys. My backyard has a fat rope hanging from a large tree waiting for an interested party to take hold of and swing. I have wading pools for those hot summer days when your pet needs to cool off. Walks around the neighborhood or through a forest preserve makes many tails wag.

Pet care experience
Let your dog vacay with me. There will be more wagging and less worrying. Im a caregiver by nature having 40+ years experience as an RN. I am retired and moved to AnnArbor 7/2025, to be near my 3y/o grandson. I am a stay at home mom to my 6 y/o red, fox lab named Roger. Roger is accustomed to having boarders. I live alone. You and your dog are treated like family. I have a large fenced area on an acre lot.

Linda was amazing!! Took such good care of Jax and sent us so many pictures! We are so thankful we found her for Jax

Our pup seemed to enjoy his stay with Linda (and Roger), he is cautious and slow to warm up to new situations. Linda sent lots of pictures, he definitely got lots of cuddles and loving care. We'll be back!
Linda is absolutely the best person to care for your dog. She’s caring, goes above and beyond, and our dog is always happy when he’s driving to her house
You will not find a kinder, more loving caretaker for your family pet. Linda goes above and beyond to make sure your sweet 4-legged family member gets 5-star treatment. She LOVES her dogs!!! My sweet Romeo use to wait by the door when he knew he was getting to go visit Linda and her sweet dogs Roger and Wrigley. Not only did we have peace of mind when we left for our trips, but it was a vacation for Romeo too! Give her a call! You won’t be disappointed! 🤗🩷
