Dogs make the world a better place
Hi, I’m Linda. Lovely to meet you. I absolutely love spending time with dogs. They are the best animals in the world and in my opinion simply make life better. I’ve had dogs all my life and my first toy was a Snoopy (which I still have!). To say I’m obsessed with dogs is probably an understatement. I would love to have the opportunity to walk and care for your dog. Entrusting your pet to a stranger can be a very daunting experience. I’m happy to meet for a chat, interact with your dog and ensure you are happy before undertaking any walks alone with them. Last year I lost my precious beagle Pete after 14 wonderful years together. He was so unbelievably special and I miss him every single day. Growing up I had a golden retriever and also a cocker spaniel. My first happy memories involved dogs and that has continued throughout my life

Safety, trust & environment
I have a very large, fully enclosed garden. My own dog Pete loved the garden to run around in and I often look after friends or relatives dogs. It’s an absolute dream for them to explore and enjoy. Fresh water is always available in garden bowls and if the weather is good it’s al fresco doggy dining. It’s so important to make a dog feel safe. They cannot trust you unless they feel that safety.

Linda is the absolute best! She regularly took Bonnie, our wee beagle dog for walkies and they were the happiest times for Bonnie. Linda can be completely trusted to look after your dog as she is a true responsible dog lover.
I can’t think of anyone better suited to caring for dogs than my Linda. Dogs have always been such a huge part of her life, and the love, patience and care she has for them is something you see immediately. After losing her beloved beagle, Pete, last year, she was left with a huge hole in her heart. But she also has so much love to give, and I know she’ll pour that same affection, attention and care into every dog she walks and looks after. She treats every dog as an individual, taking the time to understand their personality, needs and little quirks. Whether they’re full of energy and ready for an adventure or prefer a slower, gentler stroll, I know she’ll make sure they feel safe, happy and loved. If you’re looking for someone you can genuinely trust with your four-legged family member, I couldn’t recommend Linda highly enough. She doesn’t just love dogs — she truly cares about them. Trust me!!

Schedule
I work part-time every Tuesday and Thursday. Outwith this for the past four years I’ve helped care for my mum who has Alzheimer’s. Sadly she has recently gone into permanent care which means I have a little more time to dedicate to doggies.
