Pet care experience

Worry free care for you pets

I offer daycare as well as over night care for your pets while you are away. My future plans are to have a small daycare of my own and make fur babies happy while their parents are away. Until then, I am taking the time to build up a clientele and having their input help me to make my home and ideas the best they can be. For now, I have a room for them if they want quiet or they can socialize with the other pets in my house or even hang outside. I’ve worked at a vets office to help with the in and outs of the care of animals as well as running the offie. I helped calm the pets when they were hurt or scared. I feel like this helps in many situations. I’ve also had training with a trainer for my husky and basically as they tell you the training is not the dog, it’s for the human. So this helps a ton in understanding the dogs behavior. I stay at home and since my children are grown and adults now I have most of my own time to myself. I love animals so this is what I would like to do with my time! I have a large home and ways to divide it for dogs that may not want to socialize with others. With that said I will not accept aggressive or unruly dogs. I also have a fenced backyard for them to play. I can rotate them out or let them play together depending on what the client has told me about their temperament.

Linda was awesome. This is my first time using a sitter, and she made me feel perfectly comfortable leaving Duey. She was responsive when I checked up on Duey. She sent me pictures without my having to ask her to. I recommend her 100%.

Linda is intuitive and attentive to the needs of each pet she brings into her home. Making sure to help make each pet feel safe and comfortable. There is plenty of space for the dogs to play inside and outside. Or if there is a need for separation, she can accommodate for that too. Overall we were very happy with Linda and will use her again next time we are in town.

Linda is a great person. She has taken care of my dogs many times and my dogs love her. Once I had an emergency and needed her to get to my dogs and she stopped what she was doing and went over to my dogs. If I’m at work I can always count on her to check on them even multiple times a day. She plays with them, feeds/fresh ice water, walks them, gives them treats, and most of all loves them like they are her own. I have big German Shepard’s and she is not skiddish or scared of bigger breeds so they are comfortable around her. When she met them it went very smooth. She’s a life savor. I highly recommend her for your pet needs. Very loyal

Linda has such a heart for dogs! She has taken in dogs from other's so that they might have a happier home, loves them, and takes fantastic care of her own dogs. She would be an absolutely ideal dog sitter for your pooches!

A typical day

I love to run and play with your dogs. We will get up and going on a walk in my neighborhood.Take a break and maybe go out and catch some ball with friends if they like others. If not then we can go solo! If it’s summer then we will have a pet pool to cool off. We can rest for a bit with a treat! Go in and cool off for a while. My dogs like to watch tv. ? If they would like to wind down later, we can play tug of war if they don’t get to aggressive with that or we can play more ball and wrap it up with a naive walk around the neighborhood again. Just being out on a walk seems to enhance their senses and wind them down afterwards.

Please let me know ahead of time if your dog has anxiety or special needs of any sort. I need to know if your dog is scared of children or any sounds, just so I can keep them comfortable and everyone safe. I need to be aware so that I am prepared.
