Facilities and pet areas are clean and well maintained. Bandit was healthy and happy when I picked him up. Could tell that he was well cared for. Definitely recommend Linda to sit your pet.

Set up very well to care for pets. Very professional overall and I would recommend to anyone. I could tell that Bandit was well cared for.

When booking Linda I was happy to see the amount of experience she had working with dogs so I knew my dog would be in good hands. However, when booking with Linda I did communicate with her with about my delay in dropping off my dog. I am an over the road truck driver, so being delayed with my job, which I had no control did cause me to drop my dog off later than expected. I communicated with Linda about everything. She was not happy about me dropping Nova off later which I understood. However, I did hope she would understand my situation. She said she didn't have a choice since she was already paid. At that point I honestly was not wanting to take Nova over there, however I also didn't have a choice for I had to catch a flight. When I arrived, I apologized again about being late and when I told her about me being a truck driver etc, her response was she did not care. She had a rude tone in her voice. I was thinking to just leave and just miss my flight and going home. Though the days my dog was there I received photos and video updates which I appreciated. I am thankful she was able to watch my dog; however, I just did not care for her attitude.

Trixie was very healthy and happy when we picked her up after a week,she has had separation issues when we have left her with family members only for short times, much less for a whole week with someone she has never met ,Linda was very professional and really told us exactly what she was going to do and what she wanted us to do also,to make things go smoothly ,I did appreciate her confidence that she knew what she was doing,even though she was a individual ,dog sitting in her own home,which was set up amazingly, like it was set up especially for this purpose, i felt like I was leaving our dog in a professional setting,but much more reasonable price than a kennel,I didn't ask if she worked in that setting before,but she could run a professional business,because she had knowledge beyond just loving dogs,her larger got along great with our small dog.

Linda was attentive and cared well for our (somewhat nervous) Flattie. We received several messages, photos, and videos of his stay.
