I have very flexible WFH schedule. I have a 8-year domestic long hair calico cat. With years of experience as pet owners myself, i know what it takes to make your pets feel safe, comfortable, and cherished. Linc was awesome! He sent plenty of photo and video updates while I was away from my pet, which really gave me peace of mind and made me feel my pet was in great hands. I’d definitely recommend him and will gladly book with him again!
Amazing got daily updates
Linc was very friendly and accommodating. He sent multiple photos and videos of my cat every day, which really gave me great peace of mind. He has a very friendly cat who is comfortable around people and other cats. Occasionally, I think communication got a bit confused. For example, I think I provided enough food for my cat's stay, but when I picked him up I was given a few cans of a different brand of food. I would like to know if they are going to feed him a different kind of food and approve it first, as some cats get upset stomach when their diet changes. Some things made me question if my care instructions were closely followed or not. Overall, I'm glad Teemo was safe and looked after, and he is happy and healthy at home with us again.
Took very good care of my two cats. He sends videos and photos of my cats everyday for a handful amount of times to update me about them. The environment is very clean and welcoming.
Our cats love Linc! They're always happy and relaxed when we get home :-)
