I kindly ask that all drop-offs and pick-ups are made within your scheduled time window. ⏰ Grace Period: A 15–20 minute grace period is allowed. After that, a late fee will be applied. I design each day with intention,and waiting for late pickups takes time away from other dogs’ walks, play, and meals. ✅ If you anticipate being late, please notify me at least 2–3 hours in advance so I can adjust the schedule accordingly. I’m happy to update your booking and send a revised time if needed. 🔁 Please note: repeated late pickups without communication may result in a pause on future bookings. All dogs are welcome, whether they’re crated or uncrated. Crated dogs will enjoy plenty of love, enrichment, playtime, and one-on-one attention,just like uncrated dogs. The crate simply offers a comfortable, familiar place to rest. It never means your pup will be confined all day. ⸻ ❓Why do some pet parents choose to crate their Dogs? Many dogs actually prefer being crated,it gives them a sense of security, like their own personal den. Some pet parents include crate time as part of their dog’s daily routine, and I’m happy to follow that for consistency and comfort. ⸻ ❓What if my dog doesn’t use a crate? That’s totally fine! I welcome uncrated dogs too, as long as they’re fully potty trained and comfortable being in a home environment.
