Lilyanna & Melissa F. cancelled a booking within a day of the start date.

I’m very sad to have to write this because Liliana is a kind person, but unfortunately I would not recommend her for pet sitting. I originally requested a couple of drop-in visits each day while I was gone for three nights, but she suggested doing overnight stays instead. She did let me know she would be gone for a few hours during the day, which I completely understood. However, she ended up leaving my house around 9:00 a.m. and did not return for over 13 hours. Around 10:30 p.m., I asked for an update and was told she still had not been back since leaving that morning. That meant my dogs had been locked up for over 13 hours. They have never been left that long, and there was damage to my home as a result. To make matters worse, Liliana had lost my house key. Although I was able to provide an alternative way for her to access the house, the entire situation raised a major red flag. I had to wake my mother in the middle of the night because she was the only person with a spare key. Instead of enjoying my vacation with my family, I spent nearly two hours coordinating my mom getting into the house, helping Liliana retrieve her belongings, and finding someone else to care for my dogs for the remainder of my trip. My mother was also supposed to leave the next morning to meet us on vacation, making the situation even more stressful. Thankfully, my dogs were okay, but this is not something anyone should have to deal with while on vacation after paying someone to care for their pets. While I believe Liliana is a kind person, I cannot recommend trusting her with the care of your animals based on my experience.

I post this with gratitude. My pets are so happy and well cared for while I was gone. I have so many photos from your visit, I feel as though I was there with you. Thank you for giving my pets and my home the attention they deserve.

Lilyanna was a great sitter for Raea. Her pups are incredibly friendly and very well adjusted to having new dogs at the house. She sent many adorable pictures throughout the day. I have an elderly dog and she was very well cared for. Thanks so much!

Lylyanna did a great job with my 2 large dogs. Took care of them very well. Highly recommend.

Lilyanna was super sweet and communicative. She was accommodating to my schedule needs as well. She sent photos everyday and asked questions to make my dog's stay more comfortable.
