Hi there! I recently moved back to Illinois from D.C., where I spent four years working on Ukraine human rights issues with USAID until the agency was dismantled in 2025. I’m using this unexpected career pause to figure out my next move, which means I’ve got flexible hours and genuinely enjoy filling them with tail-wagging company. I prefer to care for pets in their own homes since I live in a small studio apartment. I believe dogs need room to play so they can be at their happiest.

Lily is very sweet and patient with our shy poodle mixes.
I can’t believe how good Lily was with our pup and home. We felt so safe with her being there. Our dog is usually so timid and scared around people and she was so happy with Lily!!! She took great care of everything and sent many updates, everything was clean when we got home, and she truly did more than what was expected with our baby
Lily was so great, and kept our dog happy and safe! She was very friendly and was able to come meet Bentley before the stay so I could walk her through the steps. Really appreciated her help while we were out of town, and she put us completely at peace of mind!

We felt good having Lily watch our dog Phoebe. She was very responsive in communications to set things up. And Phoebe really seemed to take to her! Would book Lily again!

I work remotely 4 days a week so I am happy to work from your house and spend more time with your pet if that is what makes you more comfortable.
