Hi there! I’ve been caring for animals most of my life, starting on my grandparent’s farm in Eastern Oregon where I spent my summers and winters surrounded by everything from dogs and cats to goats, chickens, and horses. I’ve been pet sitting professionally since I was 16, and now with over a decade of experience, I bring both passion and expertise to every pet I care for. I’m trained in animal behavior, body language, dog training techniques, veterinary care, and medication administration. I’m also certified in Cat and Dog First Aid and Pet CPR. Whether you have a puppy learning the ropes or a senior dog needing gentle, consistent care, I’ll stick closely to your routine and provide the love and structure your pet needs to feel safe and happy.

When I care for pets, my priority is making sure they feel safe, happy, and at home even when their people are away. I offer house sitting, drop-in visits, and dog walking, and I tailor my care to fit both your pet’s routine and your comfort level. On walks, I like to switch up our routes so your dog can explore new trails and work their brain. During drop-ins, I make sure your pet gets play, affection, and any care they need whether it’s feeding, medication, or a quick game of fetch before I leave. When house sitting, I follow your daily routine closely so your pets experience the same rhythms they’re used to. I’m happy to include walks or even pup cups and store visits if that’s something you’re comfortable with. I love including dogs in my day whenever possible, and I’m always respectful of everyone’s boundaries. Every animal is different, and every household is unique. That’s why I focus on communication, consistency, and making sure your pets feel truly cared for while you’re away.

Schedule
I work full time at an indie pet supply store. We wake early to fit in a walk and some solid structured training and play time. I would be available to check in on your pets the same way both before and after work, with my work not starting until 9:30 am and getting out at 7:30 at the latest.

- I like to know how your pup usually does with other dogs on leash and how they walk-whether they like to stroll, explore, or keep pace. Also, how long do they usually walk, and do you have any favorite routes? It's super helpful to hear about any special needs, meds, habits, or allergies-especially to treats since I like to bring training snacks on walks. The more I know, the better I can make their time with me comfy and fun.
