At a client's home, I swing by to feed their pets according to their usual schedule. Then, it's outside for a walk, letting them stretch their legs and do their business. I make sure to give them plenty of attention and playtime during the visit, so they feel loved and cared for.

Good afternoon. Lily failed to appear for her scheduled visit with Topo, leaving us with no alternative but to arrange care through a family member. Despite this, Rover processed and received our payment on 11/13, and we were informed that the funds are not eligible for reimbursement because payment was issued to Lily, even though the service was not performed. According to the support representative, the only way to recover our money would be to personally pursue Lily for repayment. This is both unreasonable and unacceptable. Charging for services that were never rendered and redirecting the responsibility to the customer raises serious legal and ethical concerns. In effect, funds were withdrawn from our account for a service that did not occur, under Rover’s supervision.
Very good with my kitty, always on time and attentive to my kitty’s needs.
Lily did a great job taking care of my cat Aphie for over a week. Aphie had so much fun hanging out with her. Highly recommend
