Availability

Right now during the summer, I am completely off work and have full-time daytime availability! Once the school year starts in the fall, I transition to a reliable, consistent weekday routine where I am out at my school job for 6 to 7 hours during the day. This schedule is absolutely perfect for standard working households, as I can mirror your pet's normal workday routine, and I am fully open for dedicated care all evening, all weekend, and overnight.

Lily is a kind person who clearly means well, and we appreciate her willingness to help. However, it seems that she may have misrepresented her level of experience and readiness for both dog care and housesitting. From about 24 hours before her arrival, we began receiving a steady stream of texts with questions that suggested she might not be fully prepared or experienced with housesitting in general. Once she arrived, there were several significant issues, including locking herself out of the house and giving incorrect medication to our senior dog—despite us having a meet and greet, providing clear verbal instructions, written notes, and follow-up texts to help correct the mistake. Unfortunately, the same errors were repeated, and it became clear she was having difficulty with tasks like administering pills. The volume and nature of the messages we received during our trip raised enough concern that we asked if we needed to come home early. Lily confirmed that she was struggling, and we ultimately cut our vacation short. While we appreciate her honesty in admitting she was overwhelmed and unable to continue, the experience made it very difficult for us to relax or enjoy our time away. We came home early and cancelled the rest of our trip.

By the end of the week she was able to get all three of my very anxious and shy cats to share space with her. She was even able to give them all loves. I couldn’t have asked for more. My poor babies were all rescued from rough situations so they are always very timid

Not only does Lily love pups but she’s a wonderful human! She’s communicative, kind, and considerate. She took great care of our Kevin and also the home. She asked great questions and sent follow-ups. I would recommend Lily to anyone looking for great care and attention for their fur babies.
