I work less than 5 minutes walking distance from home, so I am able to pop in multiple times thru out the work day, including a full hour for lunch, and most days come home early. I’m always super close and available. The pet is never alone long! Also many times the apartment will have other guests (boyfriend/parents) staying over that also love taking care of the pets. I’m kind of a helicopter parent w the pets I just love them and never want them to be stressed so outside of work I never leave them alone and will take them with me on little adventures to restaurants and walks.

My apartment is very pet-friendly and not very big so I can easily always have an eye on your pet. It’s just me and my boyfriend living here so he’ll get lots of love from both of us (my boyfriend always grew up with dogs so he’s very good with pets as well). If i’m in your home, I’ll always be very respectful of the space and just focus on your pet.

A typical day
I love to go on walks around the neighborhood and explore new places — there’s also a dog park not far from me we can hang out at. I love cuddly pets and giving them all the attention they need. I also have an endless supply of tennis balls which has been a huge hit with the dogs.

Pet care experience
I have taken care of my brother’s dog after his passing. The dog was blind, mostly deaf, and had few strong teeth (so needed liquid meals). He also did not get along with other dogs. I gained his trust, took him on slow walks (he had arthritis), and took care of him in his grief. I also frequently fostered young puppies waiting to get their vaccines when I was in college.

Lily took great care of our puppy; you can really tell how much she loves dogs! She sent us updates, was very polite, and was overall great! We will definitely be leaving Lexo, our dog, with her again in the future.
