I started working in animal rescue work in 2018, and have roughly 7 years of dog handling experience. I’m an apprentice dog trainer for Barky Mark’s Dog Training, and have worked at local businesses such as Barkside Detroit, Doggie in the Window, Friends for Animals Metro Detroit and Detroit Dog Rescue.

I focus on building a trusting, loving relationship with all my client’s pets. Using the provided schedule and itinerary by an owner, I help dogs gain confidence with me and work on socialization skills, while still keeping them comfortable in their routine.

Lily is awesome! She graciously agreed to a meet-and-greet so my dog could get comfortable with her ahead of time, and my dog really seemed to enjoy playing with her. She was communicative and reliable.

Lily has been so awesome with our dog, Kenai! He loves her and gets so excited for his walks with her twice a week. He is already doing better on his walks and seems to be learning a lot.

Schedule
I’m currently doing Rover full time, and am available throughout most of my week with the exception of Thursday evenings. I occasionally will take evenings off for my apprenticeship or other obligations.
