We couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter than Lily. She looked after our dog, Benji, for two weeks and gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. Throughout our holiday, Lily kept us updated with regular messages and lovely photos, which meant so much to us and allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our time with family. Her communication was excellent from start to finish. What really stood out was how caring and thoughtful she was. During an unexpected hot spell, she even brought her own fan to our house to make sure Benji stayed comfortable, as we didn’t have one available. She also adjusted his walking times to avoid the hottest parts of the day, always putting his wellbeing first. Lily went above and beyond in every way. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about both Benji and us. Knowing he was in such safe and loving hands made all the difference to our trip.
