I always start with a free meet & greet so I can meet you and your pet, familiarise myself with their home, and discuss their routine before any booking begins. I’ll take the time to learn about their feeding requirements, walks, medications, behaviours, likes and dislikes, and make detailed notes so I can keep everything as consistent as possible. Before the booking, I also complete professional pet-sitting forms that include detailed behaviour and medical sections. These forms help ensure I have all the important information needed to care for your pet safely and appropriately. They also include your expressed permission for me to access the property and provide care for your pet while you are away. I am fully insured, giving you additional peace of mind that your pet and home are in safe, responsible hands. During the booking, I maintain regular communication with you and provide updates, photos and videos so you always know how your pet is doing. I follow your instructions carefully and make sure doors, gates and windows are secure, while treating your home with the same care and respect I would my own. My priority is for your pet to feel safe, comfortable and settled in their own home, while giving you complete peace of mind while you’re away.

I think Lily’s strongest quality is definitely her people skills. She really takes the time to get to know her clients and understand exactly what they’re looking for, and always goes the extra mile to tailor her services around their individual needs. She’s just as thoughtful when it comes to the pets themselves. Lily takes the time to understand their personalities, training needs and what type of care would suit them best, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. She’s genuinely caring, approachable and great at what she does. I think she’s a real asset to the profession, and any pet owner would be lucky to have Lily looking after their pets!

Schedule
My standard availability is Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, and Saturdays from 9am–12pm. I’m also happy to accommodate early morning, evening and weekend bookings outside of these hours where possible, with a small additional surcharge. I’m flexible and will always do my best to work around your pet’s usual routine and individual needs. I understand how important consistency is for pets, especially nervous, reactive, senior or anxious animals, so I’ll always aim to provide reliable and stress-free care.
