This was my first time leaving my large dogs for 2 weeks and I was a nervous dog mom and probably a bit of a bother at times but Lillianah was so patient and made the process as comfortable as possible. She did a drop in before the date so the dogs could meet her ahead of time which was really nice. During the 2nd week, the dogs started tearing up their beds and eating less. Lillian sent me updates letting me know what was going on. She was very patient and accommodating with my requests and did an excellent job of taking care of them. They were back to their usual behavior right away. I'm so grateful to have found them happy and healthy when I returned. Lillianah showed that her main priority was the well-being of the animals and she was flexible with her visits which was so important to me. She truly went above and beyond what I expected. I would definitely recommend Lillianah to anyone who wants the best care for their fur babies. I will definitly be booking future appointments with her.
