Lillian did a great job. She was flexible with time and adjustments, helpful all around and great with communication, and a natural with the pup so I had peace of mind the he was in great hands. Would definitely recommend and request again

Lillian has been an animal lover for as long as I've known her. She grew up with a schnauzer until it passed at the old age of 19. She adopted another schnauzer from the shelter a few years ago. Being a preschool teacher for most of her adult career, even through the pandemic, she's had to deal with kids who were sick, special needs, not potty trained, or just outright spoiled and mean. She was also team lead and helped many other teachers create lesson plans for the school year and helped the upper staff like the principal, implement new rules. I think these life skills and learned experiences can translate to her being successful with Rover.
