I start every morning with a 1.3 mile town loop walk before any events in my day begin. Then a lunch walk is taken on my lunch hour. Lastly, evening walks or evening playtime in the back yard are ways we like to end the day. The last walk of the day is usally a 1 mile lap around the block

A typical day starts with a walk. Then breakfast usually followed by a quick Power Nap. The evenings are either spent playing on the floor, outside fetch time, or another walk.

I have extensive experience with animals as I grew up on a small farm. Dogs have always had their part in the picture of the lifestyle.
