My whole world is cats. I've been pet-sitting since I was a child and have had many cats over my 25 years of life. I have a special needs cat who is the light of my life, and my main goal is to give your cat the level of care that I would want my own cat to receive while I'm away. I have cared for my family's diabetic cat who required a feeding tube, B12 shots, glucose testing, and twice-daily insulin shots. I currently care for a cat with asthma, who regularly uses an inhaler and needs both topical and oral medicine for his condition. I have TNRed multiple feral cats in Texas, cared for a pregnant stray, and helped her and her kittens find homes. I have a lot of experience with dealing with medical issues in cats (pancreatitis, worms, allergies, diabetes, asthma, hyperthyroidism, etc) and administering medicine for these conditions (shots, pills, topical medicines, liquid medicines, nose flush and suction, and inhaler).

I always let a cat come to me, to allow them to get comfortable with me and feel less stress about my visits. I've found 95% of the time when I have a skittish cat to take care of, allowing them space and time decreases their stress and earns their trust. I am very careful when entering and exiting a home, and I make sure to leave your home the way I found it.

Geni did an awesome job caring for my cat while I was away. When she noticed my cat wasn't feeling well she came back over and checked on him to make sure he was okay and even gave him a probiotic. She is very caring and really good with cats.
Hands down awesome sitter. Dependable, trustable and knows when to contact you and when to just take action. Highly recommend Geni!!
Geni did a great job caring for my cat. She fed and played with him She is accountable, good with following directions, great with communicating and sending pics. I will definitely be using her in the future.
Geni was fantastic. Her daily reports were detailed and pics were so appreciated. I felt all our cats were well cared for while we were gone!
Geni was very attentive and thoughtful in taking care of my cat while I was away for a few days!
Geni was so attentive to my little Zhuri, who’s exceptionally greedy for cuddles while I was away for a week. I got lots of photos and updates daily. I appreciated that she was on top of potential concerns, too. I would comfortably have her visit Zhuri in the future.

Schedule
I mostly take booking with semi flexible schedules so that I have time to give extra attention to cats as needed. With that flexibility I am able to give more time to cats that need extra attention or care when needed.
