Availability
As summer comes to an end, I will be pursuing an Environmental Science degree at JCCC. But, with that said, I can still regularly check on any animals that I have been trusted with. My Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays are almost entirely open, while my availability on Tuesdays and Thursdays will be restricted to early morning, late afternoon and late evening. As for the weekends, I am available almost the entire time for any needs your pet has!

If trusted with your pets, I will drop in 2-3 times per day to check in on them. I can drop in as many times as needed, but do ask for some flexibility on my busy days for school. When checking in, I will ensure that they have plenty of water and food, take them for a walk if applicable, and ensure that they use the restroom and pick up any poop and clean litter boxes as needed. I will also provide some enrichment for your pet, such as playing with some toys or practicing some tricks. If something comes up and I am unable to drop in for whatever reason, I will ALWAYS contact pet owners in any way possible before asking someone to fill in for me. If this should occur and owners don’t have anyone else that could check on the animals, the most likely case scenario would be one of my parents, both of whom are trusted members of our community. Their phone numbers would be provided, so pet owners could talk to them directly if needed.

Before finalizing any booking, I will probably ask you most of, if not all, of the following questions: - How many pets will I be taking care of? - What is your pet’s usual temperament? - How do you deal with bad behaviors from your pet? - How do you reward good behavior? - Does your pet have any medical issues or allergies? If yes, is there any medication I should be prepared to give them? - What does your pet’s daily routine look like? - Who should I contact in case of an emergency? Who is their vet? Do I have your permission to take them to the vet if I deem it necessary? - What is your pet scared of? What will they react to? Do they have any triggers? - What is the longest amount of time you feel comfortable with your pet being alone? - Is there anything else I need to know about your pet?
A typical day
I love playing with pets!! Whether it’s tug of war, fetch, or something as simple as a game of tag (my dog Emmett’s favorite game), I would love to do it with your pet!! I can also provide lick mats if that is something you are interested in, and can work on any training you have started.

I’ve been consistently caring for dogs and cats since I was 10. From that age, I’ve owned 4 dogs and 3 cats of my own, and currently have two dogs living in my house. From walking, playing, cuddling, and even giving haircuts and baths, I’ve done it all. I can regularly administer any necessary medication to both species, as I have cared for cats after surgeries and had the pleasure of owning an amazing dog named Percy that required medicine with every meal. In fifth grade, I had the opportunity to petsit an adorable mama cat and her 5 kittens, and ended up keeping two of them.

Lilli was once again great. She does a great job taking care of the dogs and keeping in contact with us.
Our dog was healthy, happy and well loved while Lilli was taking care of her. Lilli left our house immaculate. Definitely a rare find and would use her again!
