I absolutely love pets - dogs, cats, even smaller furry friends like rabbits! I’ve grown up with dogs from an early age and taken care of others’ dogs since I was 16 years old. This led to a passion in caring for dogs. After college, I began volunteering at PAWS Chicago consistently which led to growth in the volunteer ranks. I went through a 6-week course with the trainers at the rescue that allowed me to better understand dog reactivity and how to redirect such behavior. This allowed me to work with a wider dog population at the shelter exposing me to various dog behaviors and personalities. Additionally, I had the opportunity to foster a few pups through the rescue which allowed me to become more comfortable with administering oral medications.

I am always happy to hang around with your pet and give them some extra love if we finish our walk up sooner! I find this helps pets decompress with having their family out of the house and being alone. I have experience with crating dogs - with some patience and yummy treats I’ll get your pal back into their crate if needed. I also have used various types of harnesses and leads and am quite comfortable putting these on to ensure your pets safety.

We have booked Liliya at least a dozen times to walk, feed and just generally love on our Greyhound. Liliya is 100% reliable - always on-time, always open to special requests (like "look for the frozen Kong in the freezer"). Really a pleasure to work with.

Liliya could NOT have been more reliable or easier to work with! She cared for our dog while we had a weekend away with family and we felt so calm and comfortable with her from the beginning of our experience. She even stopped by to get acquainted with our pup the day before we left, and each visit she sent us photos and notes on how he was doing!
Wonderful cat sitter! Liliya provided excellent care for my feline family while my wife and I were away on vacation. My cats seemed happy and relaxed when I returned, and I received regular updates, including photos which put my mind at ease. Liliya took wonderful care of our 2 cats. She visited them regularly to feed/socialize them and even sent us written and photo updates. Will be using her services in the future.
Remy loves his walks with Liliya. He is very energetic and can sometimes be a bit much when excited, so I am very grateful that she has experience with large energetic breeds. Excellent communication as well.

Schedule
I’m currently working a full-time hybrid schedule job which limits my Rover availability. My weekday evenings are usually quite free once I’m finished working around 4-5pm Monday-Friday. Lastly, unless noted on my calendar, I’m available all day on weekends. I am NOT available for weekday morning or early afternoon walks/check ins.
