It is very hard to find a really good dog sitter, but Liliana is the best! She keept us updated throughout Argos stay with his feedings, walks and interactions with other guests (dogs). She manages multiple dogs at hers home wonderfully, every dogs is taken care of and given attention and no one is left out, plenty of exercise and walks. Argo is very shy and scared dog around strangers, but he opened up quite a lot on his first stay that it impressed me a lot. Even after the goodbye he kept looking through the back window of my car, worrying and crying that Liliana have left him 😄 Liliana is definitely a dog loving person and Argo could feel that and feel safe on his stay. Also for us it gave a relief that he was loved and taken care of so we could enjoy our trip with motorbikes.

Liliana is a great lady and Belle our lovely frenchie had a wonderful time judging by tje videos and pictures supplied from Liliana. Will definitely be using her again.

Absolutely perfect stay. Bailey was well looked after, lots of walks and lots of cuddles. He came home very happy and we can tell he has had a lovely time. I would highly recommend Liliana. Thank you.

Liliana was amazing looking after my cockapoo puppy. I was very nervous at first because Teddy wasn't very well when we had to leave him with Liliana but she cared about Teddy like he would have been her own puppy. She sent video and picture updates with Teddy having walks and plenty of playtime. I can't recommend her enough. Thank you Liliana and see you again soon☺️

We were very disappointed with our experience with Lilanna, and unfortunately would not use this sitter again. Before booking, we made it very clear during the meet-and-greet that our dog, Bleu, could not be around other dogs. Lilanna agreed to this requirement, which was a key reason we felt comfortable leaving him in her care. However, when we arrived to drop Bleu off, there was already another dog at the property. As we were due to leave for our holiday that day and had already paid for the booking, we had no realistic opportunity to find alternative care. During the stay, we later discovered that additional dogs, including female dogs, had also been boarded alongside Bleu. This information was never disclosed to us beforehand and only came to light through an update. We feel this was dishonest and showed a lack of respect for the instructions and boundaries we had clearly set as Bleu’s owners. If Lilanna was unable to meet our requirement of keeping Bleu separate from other dogs, we believe this should have been communicated before the booking so we could make an informed decision. Initially, communication was good, with regular updates. However, after we raised our concerns about the other dogs, the updates became much less frequent and contained very little information about Bleu’s wellbeing. This left us feeling concerned and unsupported while we were away. We were also told throughout the stay that Bleu was doing well and eating normally. However, when we collected him, we were informed that he had barely eaten his food during the week. This was upsetting, as we believe important information about his wellbeing should have been communicated at the time rather than after the booking had ended. Another concern was that Bleu was allowed to develop behaviours that are not permitted in our home, including climbing on sofas and furniture and going upstairs. Since returning home, he has continued these behaviours, and we are now having to retrain him. We appreciate that every home has different rules, but we expected the boundaries we discussed before the booking to be respected. Overall, we felt our wishes as owners were disregarded, communication lacked honesty and transparency, and important information about Bleu’s care was not shared with us when it should have been. This was our first experience using Rover, and unfortunately it has left us concerned about using the platform again. We would not book with Lilanna again and hope this feedback helps other owners make an informed decision.

We found Liliana on Rover she is local to us and the amazing care she gave them was fantastic. Would definatly use her again we had lovely pictures and videos which put us at ease. The dogs came back happy and tired. Thabkyou so much a fantastic job well done
