Liliana did not want to look after Ethel once Ethel was there. Ethel can be a lot. She is a senior with separation anxiety and is a little blind. Apparently, she fell on Liliana's step twice, and Liliana was afraid she would hurt herself. She decided she didn't want to look after Ethel for three days. Fair enough. I went to pick Ethel up after a couple of hours. At the door, Liliana basically shoved Ethel at me and shut the door. I had to ring the doorbell and ask her for our things- bed, food, bowls, leash. Liliana looked at me blankly as if I was speaking another language. Finally she returned with the bed, food, and leash, but I realized too late she had forgotten to give me back my bowls. Also, she said, "And she just left a poop that I had to clean up!" Then shut the door on us again. I get that Ethel is a lot of work, but the way she abruptly got rid of her, making me basically beg for Ethel's things back, was frankly disturbing. I have no idea why a person was 5 star reviews behaved so badly with us, but frankly I was relieved to get Ethel back. I would not have wanted her in that environment for 3 days.

She and her property were great! More than we could have hoped for.
