- Tamago is a 1 year, 11 mo. old Alaskan Klee Kai in McLean, VA
Tamago has a lot of energy! He loves running (and he is really fast), going on walks and playing fetch (even though he isn't very good at it). He also loves attention and getting petted. Tamago loves playing (and arm-wrestling) with other dogs, particularly dogs of similar size. But he gets intimidated by dogs that are much bigger than him. We take him to the small dog section of a dog park but will occasionally go to the larger dog area if there are not any over-sized or hyperactive big dogs around. Tamago is good with kids as long as they know how to interact properly with animals (that is, no high pitch screaming, pulling hair, stomping or bullying). On our walks, Tamago likes to find a stick to hold in his mouth. Please note that he has sled dog genes in his blood so he pulls (especially first walk of the day when he has plenty of energy). We are still training him to walk loose leash. Tamago gets easily distracted but he has good recall. Oh, you will get plenty of attention when you walk him and we will provide you a FAQ list! Tamago is quite talkative (typical for an alaskan klee kai). He might sing a song for you ? Instagram: @Tamago.Maki
