Being self-employed and managing my own schedule, I’m available on both weekdays and weekends, with a lot of flexibility. For Prospect Park walks, please book 1-2 hours, especially if you live in a neighborhood that isn’t directly adjacent to the park.

Please let me know if your dog is afraid of other dogs or reactive in any way. Whether they ever behaved aggressively or lunged at other dogs or people. Are they interested in small animals (squirrels, birds) and could potentially give chase? I work with reactive dogs and know how to support them. I’d also like to know if your dog tends to pick things up from the ground.
A typical day
For dogs with strong hunting instincts – structured and very rewarding walk based on predation substitute training. Trail running for very active dogs. For herding breeds – herding games on the fields. Or just a relaxed stroll in PP woods 🧘♀️

Hi, I’m Lilia, mom to Ella – an active Australian Shepherd mix rescue with an extreme prey drive. Training her has been an exciting challenge, and watching her grow is my greatest joy. I’m an avid runner, hiker, and traveler who loves being outdoors, which is why I invite your pup on adventurous yet calm, attentive, and structured walks through Prospect Park. The park has five beautiful trails located in actual (Brooklyn’s only remaining) upland forest. Quiet woods, meadows, and hidden routes – all perfect for dogs to sniff, explore, and enjoy. And I know every corner of it. My routes are built around your dog’s physical abilities, breed, pace, instincts intensity and temperament. Your pup will feel like they escaped the city for a day hike and return happier, more relaxed, and calm.

I can’t say enough good things about Lilia! She really took the time to get to know Mac before his first walk, which helped us feel so at ease to know he was going to be in great hands.
