Pet care experience
Trustworthy and experienced petsitter based in Union Square, Somerville, serving Metro Boston area since 2023. I’m highly attuned to the pets’ needs, genuinely invested in their well-being, and I’m good at keeping pet-parents updated to give them a peace of mind when they are away. I’ve earned the trust of all the pets I’ve cared for and developed good bonds with them. I mostly provide house-sitting services for clients with cats and dogs, and I’m open to providing drop-in visits and dog walking services that are within a two-mile radius of my location. Looking forward to connecting with you!

Reviews

Lilia was attentive, caring, and communicative during a six day stay with our dog Smokey. She ensured it was a good fit before accepting and was communicative when anything seemed “off” behaviorally with Smokey - both made us feel very confident and comfortable. Came home to a bright happy dog and a clean house! Would highly recommend Lilia.

Lilia stayed inoour home and was great with our two cats. They can be difficult to feed, and she made sure that the cat who eats too fast and the cat who eats too slowly both ate the right amount. They even added a laser pointer distraction, to keep one cat away from the other one's food.

I was apprehensive about leaving my 14+ year old corgi for a week and a half and have been avoiding traveling anywhere I can’t take her for the past couple years. I was so glad to find Lilia and she did a fantastic job. In our meet and greet, she asked many insightful and detailed questions about caring for Lexi, took detailed notes, and Lexi took to her very quickly. As Lexi is senior and has a few quirks, I would only have been comfortable leaving her with someone very experienced and capable in caring for animals, and that was clear from our initial meeting. Lexi had a FANTASTIC time while I was gone. I received daily updates with photos of Lexi on adventures and clearly having a great time. Lilia was also careful to ask me about anything that seemed out of the ordinary in Lexi’s behavior - mostly senior dog quirks I had forgotten to mention but it was reassuring that I certainly would have heard about anything more serious. Lilia was also extremely courteous when it came to my apartment. I am so grateful to Lilia for the excellent care she took of Lexi, allowing me to really travel for the first time in years. My only concern while traveling was that Lexi looked like she was having so much fun that she would be disappointed about me returning home! I will have to find another excuse to travel soon so Lexi can spend more time with her new friend.

Amazing sitter! Our Stanley always appreciates a visit!
