Lili is great but Spanish speaking only so it was really hard trying to communicate. Other than that I had no issues
She did a wonderful job taking care of our puppy. He was happy on her care. She sent photos throughout his stay and made us feel comfortable about the overall experience. Thank you again! Highly recommend
