Pet care experience

Active & Caring sitter you can count on

I’m certified in Advanced Pet First Aid (Level 3, VTQ, CPD Accredited & TQUK endorsed) I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes and cats with different personalities - from playful puppies to the calm and elderly. While I don’t currently have a pet of my own, I grew up with family pets and have become the go-to sitter for friends and family. Over the years, I’ve been recommended to friends of friends too, which means I’ve looked after a wide range of pets and routines. What sets me apart is my mix of practical experience and ongoing learning. I’ve read extensively on pet behaviour and training, and I’m planning on completing an IMDT qualification to deepen my knowledge. Living next door to a vets also gives extra peace of mind. I’m also hoping to welcome a Belgian Malinois into my home one day (not yet found), a decision I’ve spent years researching and preparing for. I’ve gained experience caring for a wide range of pets in the meantime, so I know I’ll be ready to give this intelligent, high energy breed the dedicated time and attention it deserves. I hope this reflects how seriously I take pet care and making sure every animal’s needs are properly met. Whether your pet needs long active walks, calm companionship, or extra patience while settling in, I adapt to their needs and treat them as if they were my own, with a lot of love, understanding and care.

Dog Walking • May 28, 2026

Lili was super communicative with our dog Nelly. She sent lots of photos and updates after the walk and Nelly got to play with another dog in the park. Would definitely recommend Lili!

House Sitting • May 18, 2026

Lili was great. She is punctual and very communicative, she followed the schedule Eddie is used to in order to ensure he would feel comfortable with her. I also enjoyed seeing pictures of Eddie whilst I was away, made me feel very comfortable about having left him with her. Big plus is that Lili was also extremely tidy in the flat, but most importantly I could really see that Eddie enjoyed his time with her.

Doggy Day Care • Feb 19, 2026

Lili was great to work with. Very communicative, detail oriented, and prompt. My dog Eloise took to her quickly which made me feel much more at ease. What I appreciated about Lili was her clear care for my dog as well as the entire process at large. I will definitely work with her again!

Schedule

I mostly work from home, which means I can easily adapt to your pet’s routine and give them plenty of time and attention. I have a very flexible schedule, including mornings and evenings, and have often accommodated last-minute bookings. I live an active lifestyle and enjoy long walks in the nearby parks and green spaces, so energetic dogs will get the exercise and stimulation they need. For pets who prefer a calmer pace, I’m just as happy providing quiet company, playtime, or cuddles throughout the day. Your pet will never be left for long stretches - I can build regular breaks, walks, and interaction into my daily routine to make sure they’re always comfortable and cared for.

Safety, trust & environment

Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I live alone in a spacious three-floor flat with a large, secure terrace that’s pet-friendly. I live within a stones throw of plenty of parks and green spaces and I’m also right next door to a vets - giving extra peace of mind in case of emergencies. When pets stay with me, they have plenty of space to explore, play, or simply relax in a calm environment where they’re never left unsupervised for long. I stick closely to their usual routines - from feeding times to walks to bedtime - so they always feel settled and at home. When I’m looking after pets in their own home, I treat your space with the same respect I do my own and carefully follow all instructions. I know how important consistency is, so I make sure your pet’s routine runs smoothly. I’ll always agree on a communication plan with you - whether you’d like regular photo updates or just the occasional check-in, so we can work together in the way that suits you best.

A typical day

A typical day depends on each pet‘s personality and needs, but here is what it can often look like: – Morning: After breakfast and a bit of playtime, we head out for a good walk in one of the nearby green spaces or around the area depending on their preference. – Daytime: Whilst I’m working from home, your pet gets plenty of breaks for cuddles, toilet trips, or short walks. For cats, this might mean play sessions, lap time, or even grooming. – Afternoon/Evening: Another walk / outdoor exploration for dogs who need more exercise, or some indoor enrichment time like puzzle toys or gentle play for pets who prefer to stay indoors. Evening: Dinner time, wind down time, and lots of attention to make sure they’re comfortable and happy before bedtime. Whether your pet needs longer walks and playtime to burn off energy, or just quiet company, I’ll adapt to their routine and keep their day feeling familiar and fun.

To make sure I can give your pet the best care, it would be really helpful if you share: – Their daily routine (feeding times, portions, walk schedule, toilet schedule / cues, bedtime, etc.) - Any health needs (allergies, medications, sensitivities, diets). - Any commands they know and if they are crate-trained, house trained, still learning. - Behavioural notes (e.g. nervous around strangers, reactive on lead, separation anxiety, any triggers or habits I should be aware of). – How they usually get along with other dogs/animals. – Their favourite things / comfort items (toys, treats, games, or comfort items that help them feel at ease) The more I know, the easier is to keep their routine consistent and make them feel safe, happy, and comfortable. And finally - Just a quick note about daycare and pets that require special care 😊 Daycare hours are 8:00am to 6:00pm. If you need to drop off a little earlier (7:00am–8:00am) or collect a little later (6:00pm–8:00pm), there’s a small additional fee of £5 to cover the extended time. Daycare covers up to 10 hours of care. If care extends beyond this, or outside of the extended hours above, the booking will need to be made as boarding. Daycare takes place in my home. If you’d prefer care at your own home, you’re very welcome to book house-sitting or a drop-in visit instead. For everyone’s comfort, pets do need to be fully house-trained for daycare and boarding. For pets needing a high level of supervision, I offer a constant care service where I stay with them at all times and don’t take on other bookings. As this is a fully dedicated, one-to-one service, it is charged at a higher rate than standard boarding. Please feel free to message me if you have any questions at all - I’m always happy to help!
