Lila was absolutely wonderful, and we will definitely be booking with her again! From the very beginning, she was incredibly communicative. She checked in about our flight departure and arrival times to make sure our pets wouldn't be left alone any longer than necessary, which showed how thoughtful and dedicated she is to their care. What really stood out was that Lila is just as much a cat person as she is a dog person. Our cat is typically very stressed when we're away and has even experienced stress-related hair loss with previous sitters. This time, she showed no signs of stress at all. The photo updates made it clear that Lila gave our cat just as much attention, affection, and care as she did our dog, and that meant so much to us. Speaking of photos, Lila is also an amazing photographer! We looked forward to her updates because the pictures were not only adorable but also clearly showed how happy, relaxed, and well cared for both of our pets were while we were away. It gave us tremendous peace of mind. If you're looking for someone who genuinely loves both dogs and cats, communicates exceptionally well, and treats your pets like they're her own, I can't recommend Lila highly enough!

Lila was an incredibly conscientious and professional pet and house sitter for us! She completed our necessarily complex instructions to the letter and everything was perfect when we returned. You won't be disappointed with her and we will, of course, use her again!
