Hi! This is Sally, and I love humans' best friends—dogs! My husband and I both grew up with dogs in our families, and we had our husky for 16 years, which the vet said is an amazing age. I also have experience with many breeds, including Labrador, Retriever, German Shepherd, Border Collie, Husky, German Shorthaired Pointer, Spaniel, and Goldendoodle— and I’m looking forward to meeting many more! We cannot fault the service and care Sally provided for Poppy. Poppy can be quite an anxious dog but it was clear from the first meeting she was going to be very well looked after, which became even more evident in the wonderful updates, photos and videos Sally sent us. Thank you so much Sally, you really do do a 5 star job!

Sally is fantastic! Lily has a great time when she’s staying with Sally and always greets Sally with a smile and a Waggy tail. Sally is great at providing updates and lots of photos about what Lily is doing and her walks which is reassuring when we are away. I would highly recommend Sally.
It was our first time using Sally as a dog sitter. Our dog Roxy seemed to have a really nice time and we got lots of updates while we were away. Sally obviously gave Roxy a lot of time and care during her stay and we’d be happy to use her as a dog sitter again.
Arnie absolutely loves going to stay with Sally. She takes him on plenty of walks, plays games and has lots of cuddles.
First time with Sally and our dog seemed to love it!! Regular updates received with plenty of photos showing usual quirks (eg meerkat'ing) and plenty of walks. Seemed quite content during his stay. Will use again.

Schedule
I work from home, so I have plenty of time to be with your dog and your baby won't be lonely. Your dog will get at least three lovely walks a day. I love when they walk me during my work breaks! During my breaks, we play fetch, ball games, or any game they like—lots of fun and lots of cuddles too! I am available for boarding on week days and weekends.

I have a detached house with a walled garden, and my home is located just behind the Backies nature reserve, making it very easy to go for walks—just a 3-minute walk away.There is a huge off-leash area behind our house, perfect for playing fetch. If you’re happy with me letting your dog off the lead, we can let them off there. I have a spacious living room where your dog can sleep overnight on a comfy bed, or they can stay in our bedroom if needed. I also live very close to a large vet practice in Clifton Moor.
A typical day
I live very close to the Backies nature reserve near York, and I work from home, so your dog won’t feel lonely. There is a huge off-leash area behind our house, perfect for playing fetch. - Let me know if your dogs have special dietary or activity needs and whether they take any medications. From 2026 I only take one dog at a time. I’m limiting bookings to keep things calm. And if you don’t want your dogs on the sofa, upstairs, or anything else, just let me know, and I’ll follow your instructions. It would be great if you could send me the instructions in a document. I’ll make sure to follow them carefully while taking care of your baby. Thanks a lot.
