Dear Rover, Thank you for allowing us an area where we can speak on behalf of someone like this. It's so great to know there's a way for people to recognize their services. In regards to my dear friend Libia, I can't imagine a better suited person for this job. She has been a Godsend for my dog Charlie for about three years. She always made sure Charlie was well fed (nutrition wise), that Charlie was well groomed, stayed active (walks, playing, & teachings), and would always advice me on certain products to keep away flees & ticks. Libia cares with her WHOLE heart and I am so grateful. Please allow this person to come into your establishment so you can see what I saw and what I continue to see.
