Since I have fur babies of my own, I devote my entire life to their well being (at least it feels that way!) I always make sure there is plenty of time for exercise (weather permitting), play and snuggles! With my kiddos being geriatric, we keep a pretty good routine as much as possible. I am not super wealthy by any means but their care and needs is everything to me.

Information Libby P. would like to know about your pet
I am comfortable doing meet and greets before if you feel your beloved baby has some special guidelines to discuss. Mostly I just want to know what level of socialization they’re on be it with other dogs or people. I’m also terrible with doors for some reason so please leave detailed instructions on how to lock and unlock the doors.
A typical day
I understand the need to stop and smell the roses! Dogs have crazy noses for a reason, so I know how to keep a balance between walking and sniffing. Zooey’s (and mine as well) favorite places to walk are near water. Fetch is always a great bonding activity with new dogs I meet but depending on the dog I don’t mind just hanging out and having a nice hang out with them! I understand each dog is different and I’ll do what they prefer!

Pet care experience
Greetings! My name is Libby and I’m a 34 year old gal. I live alone in Appleton with two rambunctious kittens that I rescued. My beloved Dachshunds crossed the rainbow bridge at ages 15 and 17, I had adopted my boy when I was 18 and his sister the following year. I will not be ready to open my heart to my own canine fur baby for a long, long LONG time so I am returning to Rover so that I may be able to hang out with some doggos while being a help to their “paw-rents”. I have a lot of experience with Rover, I’ve done it on and off for the last four years. Before that I’ve had a lifetime around animals of all shapes and sizes! I specialize in doing walks and drop in visits! I love the variety and walking gives me a cool view of the neighborhoods I visit. Plus I need the exercise! I fully appreciate how dogs have their crazy noses for a reason and therefore let them sniff a lot on walks if they want to. But with walks and drop ins I am very strict in following what the parent is needing for their fur baby. I currently work part time as a janitor during the week. My schedule is very open and very flexible, I may have some weekend commitments here and there but I’m definitely able to work with folks based on our needs!
