Hi! I’m a medical student and lifelong animal lover who’s had pets my entire life. Caring for animals has always been second nature to me. Growing up, I was the kid rescuing stray cats and kittens and bringing them to the humane society. I’ve also helped care for and train sled dogs and their puppies, and I have experience with special-needs pets, including a dog who was both blind and deaf. I’m comfortable adapting to each pet’s unique personality and needs, whether they’re energetic, shy, young, or senior. I’m an active person who loves walks, playtime, and making sure pets get the attention and exercise they need. My medical school schedule is a little unconventional, but it gives me flexibility that works well for pet care. I treat every pet like they’re my own and will always keep you updated with plenty of photos and messages. I’d love to meet you and your furry family!

Every pet is different, so I tailor my care to their personality, energy level, and normal routine. Whether I’m caring for your pet in my home or yours, my goal is to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while keeping their schedule as consistent as possible. For dogs, that means plenty of exercise, playtime, potty breaks, and supervision. I genuinely enjoy walking and hiking, and if your dog enjoys it too, I’m happy to take them on runs upon request. My apartment complex also has a fenced-in dog park with a friendly dog community for pups who enjoy socializing. For cats, I’m happy to meet them where they’re at. Whether your cat wants hours of cuddles and playtime or simply prefers a quiet companion who respects their space, I’ll make sure they feel comfortable and cared for. My goal is to provide the type of care that best fits your pet’s individual personality and needs

Libby did such a wonderful job in taking care of our dog while we enjoyed a long weekend. She was very thorough and made it her priority to make sure he was well cared for while we were away. Looking forward to using her again, and our dog will be to!
Libby took care of our three cats, Tiki, Puma, and Miyushi, for 17 visits over two and a half weeks, and she was excellent. One of our cats, Puma, tends to get bullied at mealtime, and Libby made sure she got to eat in peace every single visit. That kind of attention to detail says everything about her. She sent daily updates and pictures, which genuinely made it possible for us to travel without worrying about anything back home. She also brought in mail that had been left at our door and left the place tidy for our return. We came back to three happy, healthy cats. We will absolutely book her again and recommend her to anyone.

Schedule
My schedule varies from week to week since I’m currently on clinical rotations in medical school. My availability depends on my rotation schedule, but I’m often flexible outside of my required clinical hours. On days that I’m available, I’m typically home for much of the day, which means plenty of potty breaks, walks, playtime, and companionship. Feel free to reach out—I’m always happy to let you know if I’m available!

- I’d love to get to know your pet before our visit! Please tell me about their personality, daily routine, favorite treats or toys, and any commands they know. I also appreciate knowing about any triggers, fears, escape or hiding habits, reactivity, or other behavioral quirks so I can make sure they feel safe and set them up for success. If I’m walking your dog, let me know how they do around other dogs, people, squirrels, bicycles, or anything else they might react to. If I’m caring for your cat, I’d love to know their favorite hiding spots, play style, and whether they’re the type to seek out attention or prefer their own space. The more I know ahead of time, the better I can provide care that’s tailored to your pet and gives you peace of mind. :)
