I work in an office just a 5 minute walk from home. I will be home at lunches to take your pet outside, meaning they are home alone for 4 hours at a time maximum. My usual schedule is a short morning and lunch walk, with a long walk after I finish work around 4:30. On the weekends and some evenings we will go for bigger adventures (if that's what your pet likes) such as hikes, x-country skiing, trail runs, etc. Of course, I will tailor my schedule to the needs of your pet!

A typical day
I would love to play games with your pets - my favourite is "find it" nose work. I love to work on new skills with dogs and get their minds going. For high energy pets, we will go for several walks a day and on the weekends go out on big adventures. I am very happy to tailor my activities to suit the exercise and mental needs of your pet. I love hiking and skiing and would be happy to bring them along.

Pet care experience
I am an animal lover and have been dog sitting for many years. I worked as an attendant at the SPCA when I lived in Montreal over 15 years ago. I have experience with all kinds and ages of dogs. I also have lots of experience giving medication and supporting senior animals with more complex needs. I am happy to help with your training program while I am caring for your beloved pet. I have had my own dogs and cats in the past and can't wait to welcome yours into my home.

I felt very comfortable leaving my girls with her off the get go. She was due diligent in asking questions in the initial meet up. She made sure that my puppy got out for enough exercise. She took great care of both my babies and sent update photos while I was away. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for great care of their pups while they’re away.
Lianne has a way with animals and she’s one of the few people our timid rescue, Parsnip, was comfortable with in her first year with us. She took excellent care of Parsnip when dog sitting and our pup always had a blast. Lianne took her on hikes in the mountains, daily walks and gave her a ton of love. I’ve learned a lot about training dogs from Lianne as well and highly recommend her to look after your pets. She gives so much care to pet-sitting roles and has a genuine love for animals.
