We are a dog loving retired couple
We had our own beautiful border collie for 8 years, who has sadly passed. We have also looked after dogs for friends and love getting out walking with them. We have the beach, woods, parks and fields on our doorstep. We would love to give your dog a comfortable stress free home whilst you are away. We would prefer to meet them first to decide if we, you and your dog would be happy for us to care for them.

We couldn't have asked for better people to look after our dog. From the moment we met them, it was clear how caring, kind, and genuine they are. They treated our dog like one of their own, and it gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. We received regular updates and lots of lovely photos, which meant so much to us and reassured us that our dog was happy, relaxed, and being so well cared for. It was obvious how much love and attention they gave throughout the stay. We are incredibly grateful for everything they did and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and reliable dog sitter. It was our dog Coco’s first visit to Lianne’s home today. She seemed extremely happy and relaxed when we picked her up so much so she wasn’t fussed about coming home. Will definitely be using Lianne again!
Millie boarded with Leanne for 4 nights. I can honestly say that the care received our little dog received was second to none. I was sent regular updates and it was obvious that Millie was having the best time, from trips to the beach to playing ball in Leannes home. Millie can be a nervous little girl and it can sometimes be difficult for Millie to trust new people, but Millie formed a strong bond with both Leanne and her husband which was evident from the photos sent and also seeing them all together when we when to collect her. Leanne is very knowledgeable and understanding when it comes to pet care and she certainly treats the dogs in her care as one of the family. I would not hesitate to recommend Lianne to anyone who treats their dog as one of the family.
Lianne & David made us all feel very welcome when we visited for a pre meet. They asked all the right questions to make sure Richmond felt right at home and we will definitely be booking again.
Lianne and David are absolutely lovely, you can tell they really love dogs. Freddie was very well looked after. We received great communication and photos. I would definitely recommend and book again.
Lianne and David were brilliant!! Wilf loved his stay with them and they couldn’t do enough to make him feel at home and comfortable . They were so lovely and so sensitive to his needs . From start to finish we didn’t have to worry at all and were able to have a great holiday … Wilf had the best time, he loved Lianne and David. I think he was a bit annoyed when we brought him home after his stay !! Thank you both so much

Schedule
My husband and I are both retired. We have no other commitments so your dog would be our priority. There would always be someone here, so the dog would never be alone.

We have a small fenced back garden and spacious living room area. We also have a crate if thats what your dog is used you.
A typical day
We would take the dog out usually twice a day. As well as street walks we could visit beach , park, fields or woods. Depending on what your dog likes.
