Availability
I’m a medical student, so I am typically at the hospital during regular weekday work hours. In the early mornings, dinner time/evenings, and on weekends, I’m available to spend as much time with your pet as you’d like!

About Liana H.
Communication
Skills
Safety, trust & environment
I like to communicate with owners before and during pet-sitting to become familiar with the animals’ typical patterns and expectations. I’ve found that maintaining a close-to-normal routine helps pets to feel calm as they await their parent’s return! I also used to volunteer at an animal shelter, where I was trained in dog and cat first aid, caring for shy or nervous animals, walking dogs that pull or aren’t the best on leashes, and de-escalating interactions between unfamiliar animals. I feel comfortable in my ability to address most anything that could happen during a walk or stay at your home.
Information Liana H. would like to know about your pet
I’d love to know your pet’s typical daily schedule, including meal times, walk/exercise times, and typical time frames where they’re used to getting more attention. It’s also helpful to know any quirks or special needs that your pet might have.
A typical day
I love to play with animals’ favorite toys in the home, in the yard, or at a nearby dog park. I also have a car, and can take dogs out for longer adventures if they’re up for it! If your pet is more on the couch-potato end of the spectrum, I’m more than happy to sit or cuddle with them too.

Pet care experience
Hello! I’ve been a dog and cat owner for more than 16 years, and have been a pet-sitter for hundreds of animals since high school. I started with taking care of the dogs and cats of my friends and family, and have since been recommended to many pet owners for dog-walking and house-sitting. I have experience with obedience training, helping dogs become better on leash, and following any pet-specific instructions to make your furry friend feel safe and calm.
Reviews

Liana did a great job with our kitty, would happily book again! Plus she took very cute pictures :)

Liana was an excellent caretaker. She immediately achieved my cat's trust and sent wonderful photos. Both cat and house were in excellent shape when I returned. I recommend her highly.

Liana was great and will for sure work with her again. Thank you so much!!

Liana was amazing! She sent really awesome pictures of my cat every day and I really feel like she spent time with him and played with him, which is so important especially with how much energy he has! I'm so grateful to her and will absolutely look for her for any and all pet sitting needs in the future!!
