Hello! My name is Lia. I have been watching pets on and off Rover for the past 7 years! I am currently pursuing my doctorate in clinical psychology and continuing to watch pets during the week after my classes and practicum and on weekends!

I currently do not accept boarding at my home because I live in an apartment that does not allow dogs. I have always cared for pets in client’s homes in a safe, clean, and caring way!

Schedule
My current class and practicum schedule can vary depending on the semester but I am typically available in the afternoons/evenings on weekdays and during most weekends!

- I love cats! However, a few years ago I was bitten/attacked by a family member’s cat that resulted in a serious infection where I had to be hospitalized. Because of this, I am not comfortable around cats who are aggressive/have a history of attacking strangers. I love any type of dog breed, size, age, etc. I like to know if a dog is friendly with other dogs before I take them for a walk. I have a lot of experience with aggressive dogs so I am used to turning the other way when I see another dog walking in our direction but it is always good to know how reactive a dog is before hand.
