I grew up surrounded by cats and dogs, so being around animals has always felt natural to me. About 20 years ago, I took full responsibility for a pet of my own for the first time — and that experience changed everything. Since then, pets haven't just been animals to me; they've been family. That's the mindset I bring to every dog and cat I care for: patience, attention to their individual personality, and the same love and consistency I'd want for my own. I pay close attention to routines, body language, and comfort levels, especially with pets who are shy or adjusting to a new environment.

When I care for pets in a client's home, I treat the space with the same respect and attention I'd want for my own. Before the visit, I make sure to understand the pet's routine, feeding schedule, any medications, and house rules, so there are no surprises.

Li took care of my dog and stayed with him while I was away, and I couldn't be more grateful. He’s super loving, responsible, and really made sure he was happy and comfortable. He always sent me photos, played with him, took him on walks, and treated him like his own. I felt so at peace knowing he was with someone who genuinely cares. Totally recommend him!
