I’ve been pet sitting for a while now and truly enjoy the time I spend with animals. My schedule is very flexible, which means I’m often available on short notice and can easily adjust to your pet’s routine—whether that’s early morning walks, late-night check-ins, or extended stays. When I care for pets—whether in my home or my client’s—I treat them like family. I take the time to learn their routines, preferences, and any special needs they may have so I can make them feel as comfortable and safe as possible. In a client’s home, I maintain their normal schedule and surroundings to reduce stress, giving them the familiarity they’re used to. If they’re staying in my home, I make sure it’s a calm, clean, and pet-friendly environment with plenty of attention, affection, and playtime. I stay attentive to their behavior and health, send regular updates to the owner, and always go the extra mile to ensure they’re happy and well cared for. Their well-being is my top priority, and I genuinely love creating a space where they feel loved and secure.
A typical day
A typical day for me is usually pretty structured and balanced. I like to start my day early, get organized, and make sure I stay on top of my responsibilities. During the day, I usually spend time studying, working on assignments, or taking care of other tasks, but I always make time for exercise, errands, and relaxing in the evening. I would describe myself as responsible, calm, and dependable, and I enjoy having a routine while still being flexible when needed. I also genuinely enjoy spending time with animals, so caring for a dog would be something I would be happy to fit into my day.

It is also important to know about any medical conditions, medications, allergies, fears, or behaviors such as anxiety, reactivity, or anything they do when stressed. Knowing these details in advance helps me make sure the pet feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for.
