I have grown up with many pets my whole life, and nothing makes me happier than spending time with a furry friend . I have been doing rover for 4 years now, and before that I worked at a vet as a kennel assistant for 2 years so I have experience with all types of dogs and cats. I love both large and small breeds, and I know how to handle a dog that is high energy. I have also raised my 2 puppies from 8 weeks old, so I have a ton of experience with puppies and I would love to walk/ take care of puppies as well as adult dogs. I am also open to pets outside of dogs and cats, and I have experience with reptiles. Please feel free to message me if you would like me to drop in or watch a pet, and we can discuss details.

I have 2 dogs and 2 cats with my parents as well as my own 2 cats, so I am experienced in caring for both dogs and cats. I can do slow walks for lower energy dogs, or runs with a high energy dog, I am open to anything. I can also play with your pets or cuddle with them if they get lonely. I can work with you on any accommodations / health needs and make sure your pets feel safe and comfortable.

Extremely to have found Lexy!! She provided exceptional care to my 5.5 year old golden retriever for 10+ days! She provided multiple daily updates & pictures and truly gave me peace of mind that was Rufus was being well cared for! Lexy adhered to all of the care instructions and my requests and treated my home as if it was her own! Cannot thank her enough!

We booked Lexy to care for our cat and dog over the holiday far in advance (when many other pet sitters said it was too soon for them to commit). She was responsive and a great communicator, sent nice pictures daily and left our house spotless.

Lexy took great care of our pup and was very communicative the entire time we were gone. She even took good care of and sent updates about our cat who she was not responsible for. Lexy is a great sitter and super easy to work with!
Exceptional! One of my pups had not eaten and generally does not eat when I'm traveling. She responded to Lexy very well ... and that pup is a great judge of character! :-) Lexy sent pictures each day, and left my apartment clean and tidy.

I work as a server / bartender outside of rover and my shifts are typically 4-7 hours 4-5 days a week so I am not able to offer constant care but I am always able to come before and after those time periods so your pet isn’t alone for an extended period of time.
