Hi, I’m Lexi! I grew up in Los Angeles but have been working and traveling on and off the past few years. I’ve always loved animals and having pets has been a constant part of my life. I grew up with two German Shepherds, in a very animal loving family, and over the years we’ve taken in and cared for many animals. A few year ago, I fostered an amazing Husky long-term for someone who could no longer care for her, and that experience really helped shape how seriously I take caring for other people’s pets and how much I love it. In addition to that experience, I’ve spent years on and off walking and boarding dogs in Los Angeles, San Francisco, and New York, and I’ve worked with a wide range of breeds, personalities, and energy levels. I’m currently living in a very central Los Feliz location in a quiet home with no other pets, which allows me to fully dedicate my space and attention to pet sitting. I also have a private, fenced backyard, and pets are always allowed on the furniture and welcome to sleep in bed with me if that’s what they’re used to! I work from home in property management, so I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule and can easily adapt to your pet’s routine. I also know how important communication is and always make a point to provide detailed, thoughtful updates as often as you'd prefer so you can feel comfortable and confident while you’re away. From walks and drop-ins to daycare and boarding, my goal is always to create a loving and comfortable environment where your pet feels safe and cared for and owners feel at ease and supported. When I’m not working or spending time with animals, I enjoy hiking in Griffith Park, DIY creative projects, and playing soccer.
