Hi there! If you’re looking for someone with experience and love for your special doggos, you have come to the right place. I have dreamt about rescuing/taking care of animals my whole life. Just two years ago, me and my boyfriend rescued our first dog (Huxley) and in January 2022 we rescued our second dog (Ryder). That is the best decision we have ever made, I can’t imagine live without them. We always make sure they have the best toys, treats, walks daily, training, and all the love they deserve from us! I also grew up in a family with dogs and they are family to me also. I would bathe, feed, walk, play fetch, and care for them in addition to my dogs I have now. I will do anything to make sure your pup/pet is safe, comfortable, and having fun. I’m currently working full time but work at nights while studying to go to law school next year. My boyfriend works from home for Wells Fargo and we live together so it works out perfectly! I watch our dogs in the morning and when I leave for work my boyfriend will watch our dogs at night. We have a pretty flexible routine and that’s why we are passionate to help others with their pets be in the most safe, comfortable, and fun place. We care for our pets in various ways. We have a fenced in yard for our dogs to enjoy, but we also take them on 1-2 walks a day or take them to different locations to check out new places! We used to crate them when they were puppies but now they are older, they are house trained and are able to free roam. Same goes for your precious pup, we can take them for walks, play fetch, provide enrichment activities with frozen peanut butter/a ball that we put our dogs kibble in that they have to roll around to get the food out. If they need crated, or anything we can do to make you feel comfortable along with your special pup, we can do that. If they are more relax around the house dog, we can hang out with them and watch some movies. If they enjoy playing with other dogs, we have two dogs of our own that get along with any animal. They know how to play gentle and will play at whatever speed the other dog prefers. We can provide anything you as the client and dog needs from us, and promise to always keep them safe.

We’ve already left a few reviews but wanted to reiterate how wonderful Lexi and Kyle are! We started RV’ing last October and our pup has since been to many Rovers and daycares during our travels. Lexi and Kyle are still our favorites and our pup knows Huxley’s name. He gets so excited to go see his friend. Lexi and Kyle send updates at the end of each day and are on top of responding to messages. We feel they love our pup too. We will all miss them as we leave Iowa again.
Lexi and Kyle are fantastic! They sent pictures and you can tell they genuinely care about your pets! Will absolutely be using again!

Lexi and Kyle are amazing! They are very accommodating and do a great job. My dogs loved them, and it’s so nice to know they were taken care of by great people!

A typical day
I love to provide physical and mental activities for any dog because that is extremely important. I take my own dogs walking 1-2 times a day and provide enrichment activities, toys, and treats. I can do the same for your pup. I could take them on walks around the neighborhood, the baseball park, a regular park around the pond, or anywhere else that you would feel more comfortable to go when I take them. We also have a fenced in backyard with toys and I could play with them with the tons of toys and bouncy balls for fetch, tug a war, and mental enrichment toys.
