Growing up around a wide variety of animals has given me the skills and passion needed to be an attentive and responsible carer of all kinds of pets. I've owned several dogs, cats, rodents, and horses. I was responsible for administering medications, accommodating pets with special needs, becoming attuned to various behaviors and habits, and adhering to specific individualized training methods.

I am truly grateful to have found Lexi to care for my dog, Vizhna. I need to board V for 11 weekends over a nine-month period because I'm going to school away from home. Vizhna gets anxious in new situations, so it was important for me to find one person who could do most or all of the weekends, instead of finding a different sitter for each weekend. I contacted 14 pet-sitters on Rover that didn't work out--before I contacted Lexi. Lexi is calm, competent, thoughtful, caring, and detail-oriented, and Vizhna was able to relax and enjoy herself while staying with Lexi and her family. That was a huge weight off my heart, to find a situation where V will not feel anxious while she's away from home--and in fact to find a second (temporary) home for V. I highly recommend Lexi for any pet care you need!
Lexi was very responsive. She took care of my 2 dogs in my home for a weekend. She sent pictures of them throughout my time away. The dogs seemed very comfortable and calm with her and when I got home!
Lexi is great with our senior cat Dolly! Will be reusing her service in the future 100% :)
Lexi was very responsive, and took each issue that came up very seriously. She took on the responsibility to care for my elderly dog and outdoor cats habitual in and out lifestyle so well. She is a marvelous person who had her charming little son with her who is extremely well behaved and I was amazed by how calm and caring she was. We can’t wait to have her back.
Lexi was great with our two dogs. She kept us posted with regular updates while we were away and took care of them as if they were her own. We look forward to having her stay with them again in the future!

Schedule
I'm currently working full-time from home as a customer service rep for a small, local company and mothering my 2 year old toddler (who is very gentle and respectful around all animals). I'm fortunately very flexible with my schedule and can accommodate both last-minute and long-term schedules!

Being a sincere animal lover, I'm always enthusiastically willing to tend to the needs of any pets that are under my care. I believe that both people and animals benefit from living in a clean and comfortable space, so I seek to maintain and accommodate that kind of positive atmosphere in your pet's home.
A typical day
Your dog can expect to be happily exhausted from playing games of fetch in the backyard, walking (or running) along the wooded trails nearby, visiting the local dog park (if socialization is important to your pet's needs), and of course being given ample amounts of attention!
