PLEASE READ TO CONFIRM WE ARE A GOOD FIT 🐾 Hi! I’m Lexi and I have been working with dogs for 14 years, dog sitting in our home for the last 10 years. To start please pick dates/times for drop off and pick up. I schedule for 6 hours a day, 3hrs in the morning and 3hrs in the evening. 7-10am & 4:30-7:30pm. I do ask that you please only show up/knock on the door inside the time frame scheduled. Please text if you need to change timing before showing up. My husband and I live in a split level house with a fully fenced 1/3 acre backyard. I have 5-10 pups a day over to play. I’m home full time and have no kids or other animals so the pups get all my attention. Dogs have both indoor/outdoor play time throughout the day. Gates are separating levels and I rotate everyone around from outside, downstairs and upstairs. For behavior requirements I need pups to have basic house manners and listening skills. I have a large yard so recall and listening are important. Since I watch 5-10 dogs at once I do need everyone to be comfortable and confident with other dogs. I’m currently not taking on any timid/anxious dogs or dogs with separation anxiety. Basic social skills and understanding social cues is needed. Male dogs need to be neutered. (Breeds I don’t take: Malinois, Terriers, Husky, Malamute, Akita, Shiba Inu, Mastiffs) At times when neither of us are home and dogs need to be left alone, depending on the dogs behavior we either leave out to play, separate with a doggy gate, separate into a room for rest away from playing, or kennel (no toys/bones or anything swallowable is given to dogs unattended) If we do have any habits such chewing/potty issues then we do need to kennel.
