Growing up with dogs is a special privalage I will forever be grateful for. The bond between a dog and human can be so beautiful & unique! My years of being around dogs, training my own, and helping others with theirs, has grown my appreciation for quality care dogs need and deserve

Lexi was absolutely wonderful with our dog, Lily. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much she genuinely loves dogs. Her huge, fully fenced yard was perfect for playtime, and Lily had the best time running around with Lexi’s two sweet labs — it truly felt like a dog vacation. Lexi kept us updated, was very responsive, and made us feel completely at ease while we were away. Lily came home happy, relaxed, and clearly very well cared for. We would not hesitate to book with Lexi again and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a safe, loving, and fun home-away-from-home for their dog.
Lexi contacted me at the agreed upon time to let my dog out and said she would be an hour to an hour and half late to walk my dog. This stressed me out but I agreed it was ok. After not hearing from her at the new, much later time, I contacted her and she explained she had an emergency with her own dog and needed to cancel. I was very sorry to hear about her dog, but was disappointed she was not 1) able to asses the situation with her dog sooner so I could try to make other arrangements and/or cancel my plans, or 2) provide an alternate solution. Fortunately I was somewhat close to home and able to get home to relieve my own dog. Lexi seems like a very nice person and animal lover, and I really hate to post a negative review, but I would hate for someone to be in this situation and too far from home in the event she has another emergency.
Lexi is a reliable, dependable, and responsible person. She thrives on caring for others, and makes it a priority in her day to day. Whether it be dog sitting for a friend, going out of her way for the toddler she nannies, or caring for her own horse, Lexi is an animal lover through and through, who will always do everything in her power for the person or furry friend she is caring for.
Lexi would make a great pet sitter for any animal. She always puts her animals first and makes sure they are always taken care of and comfortable.

My priority is taking care of your pet exactly as you (the owner) does and requests me to do. It is important for me to stay on the same schedule and care routine as the owner when watching your dog so the dog is comfortable

Take them on walks! I really enjoy going to an area that has a lot of trails or near water where they can be free to roam (approved by owners first of course!)
