Life-long dog lover
I have been a dog lover my whole life, and I grew up around big dogs (chow-chows). I am comfortable with all sorts of dogs as I have dog-sat for a variety of different breeds, ages, and temperaments from hyperactive German Shepherds to senior Chihuahuas. I also worked at a veterinary technology center for a number of years where I cared for dogs, cats, rabbits, mice, hamsters, rats, and birds. Because of this experience and my own personal experience with a senior dog, I am comfortable administering medication, and I am familiar with the challenges that come with older animals. I am also comfortable with multiple animals at a time as well as special needs animals—both of which I have cared for in the past.

Safety, trust & environment
I live in an apartment with two sets of stairs (one to get up to my apartment and one flight inside the apartment itself). I currently do not have any pets or roommates so I'm flexible with pets who are less social.

Schedule
I work full-time mostly from home, though I teach classes (2-4 hours) in person twice a week. I have a pretty flexible schedule, so let's talk about how we can make it work!
